Vision Statement:
Our vision is to ensure that no terminally ill patient will face their “journey” alone or in pain, because of their family’s inability to provide care or the patient’s lack of resources to pay.
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to create a unique homelike environment where specialized care is provided to meet the holistic needs of terminally ill patients and their families.

"Charity Hospice provided my Aunt Emma with professional care, respect, and even friendship. In addition, Charity Hospice provided her extended family a wonderful gift - a peace of mind. Debbie Yoklic not only answered my numerous questions and always took the time to provide me with reassurance that my aunt and her family would be well taken care of, but followed through on providing solutions to the numerous obstacles which plagued my aunt's situation which was not an easy feat. Thank you!"
